• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch

5. Returns and Exchanges

We believe every garment should fit as perfectly as our policies protect your rights. Our return window is 15 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• In the original packaging if possible

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns on:

• Worn or washed items
• Items without original tags

3. Specify the desired size/style for your exchange
4. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return

No additional shipping charges apply for exchanges (size/style changes only).
